1. Donations

• All donations made to Avsar Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable

• Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be reversed or refunded

• Donations are utilized strictly for charitable activities such as healthcare camps, education support, women empowerment, and social welfare programs

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate or multiple transactions made unintentionally

• Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical or human error

• Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

In such cases, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Refund Process

• Requests must be submitted via email with transaction details

• Verification will be conducted by our team

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method

4. Cancellation Policy

• Donations once made cannot be cancelled

• Participation fees (if any for events/programs) are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organization

5. Processing Charges

• Any applicable payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount
